Tony has coached and mentored hundreds of business owners and professionals across the U.S. and throughout the world over a 30-year professional career. He knows through my personal experience that you must have the right strategy and an effective plan to attain your most aspirational objectives.
From leading HR departments as an employee to consulting for the last several years, Kira has extensive experience in the basics such as compliance (across multiple states), payroll, and benefits, as well as the more difficult employee relations issues including harassment claims, layoffs and RIFs, and employment litigation. As a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, (SHRM), the Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA), and the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI), Kira stays on top of the ever-changing rules and regulations that govern HR, as well as the current trends in employment.
She loves helping people and one of her specialties is working with businesses to develop and implement best-in-class solutions. She designs custom group health benefits plans that help her clients attract and retain top talent and manage risk. Her background as a founder and CEO of her own small business, enables her to relate to the day-to-day challenges fellow business owners face.
